A beautiful example of a classic bulbous 'fluted tulip' style of leg made by hand by the wonderful craftsmen of Burroughes & Watts, this table having amongst the largest size of leg in their range.  Complete with the original Welsh slate bed of 2" (50mm) thick & fitted with their patented 'steel vacuum' cushions for which they are world renowned.  The frame is constructed of the most wonderful quality mahogany, and with the legs carved from a single piece of timber these are some of the finest billiard/snooker tables ever made and can never be equalled as timber of this quality has all but disappeared.
